ABOUT ME:

While going to esthetician and massage school I worked on hundreds of clients and notice something was missing.  The skin provides an honest mirror of our inner health and well-being.   I decided to become a health counselor to fulfill my passion of working with people to improve their health and life. 

I am now a Health Counselor, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition,* accredited with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Esthetician and Massage Therapist.  I also have a BS in Horticulture from Texas A&M University.

I am helping others to identify their path to beauty health, as I continue with my own.

I believe in education and I am always attending some kind of class.  Some of my certificates and qualifications would include:

*The Institute of Integrative Nutrition is the only nutrition school that studies integrates each of the different dietary theories, including traditional philosophies in combination with modern concepts, such as the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. She studied with leading wellness educators, including David Katz, Mark Hyman, John Douillard, Barry Sears, Mehmet Oz, Sally Fallon, David Wolfe, and Deepak Chopra, among others.
